Use of the app
Voice Notes AI is provided to help users capture, transcribe, summarize, and organize spoken information. Users are responsible for how they record, store, share, and rely on their notes.
Recording consent
Users must follow applicable laws and obtain any required consent before recording conversations, meetings, lectures, interviews, or other audio involving other people.
AI-generated output
Transcripts, summaries, tasks, reminders, tags, translations, and extracted details are produced with the help of a third-party AI provider (OpenAI) and may contain mistakes. Before any audio is sent for the first time, the app asks for the user's explicit consent and discloses that audio and transcripts are sent to OpenAI; users who decline cannot use the cloud transcription and AI features. The audio and transcript are sent only to provide these features; no personal identity is attached, and the content is not used to train AI models. Users should review important information before relying on it.
Subscriptions and purchases
Any paid access, subscriptions, trials, renewals, or cancellations are handled through Apple App Store purchase flows and the user's Apple account settings.
Acceptable use
Users may not use Voice Notes AI to violate laws, infringe rights, abuse services, or process content they do not have the right to record or use.
